Villa By The Park (朗庭園[Remark 1][Remark 2]) bus stop is an on-street en-route stop located outside Villa by The Park on eastbound Castle Peak Road - Ping Shan, Yuen Long Town, Yuen Long District, New Territories.
History[]
Originally, both this stop and the stop at the front were named "Shui Pin Wai Estate" (水邊圍邨); this stop was independently named in around 2003 after the intake for Villa by The Park began in November 2002.
The Transport Department proposed to introduce a new green minibus route to and from Tsing Yi Station during peak hours and Sun Yuen Long Centre during non-peak hours after the intake of [1]; however, the proposal was terminated due to the aborted tendering.

This stop is adjacent to Villa by The Park, Shui Pin Wai and Shui Pin Wai Estate. LR Shui Pin Wai Stop and "Shui Pin Wai Estate" stop are located not far from this stop.
