Victoria Skye (天寰, Citybus Location Code MNS) bus stop is located outside Victoria Skye and between the intersections of Muk Ning Street and Muk Long Street at Muk On Street, Kai Tak Grid Neighbourhood, Kowloon City District, Kowloon. It is an intermediate bus stop and roadside bus terminus located at eastbound and westbound lanes.

Citybus Route 20 was launched on 29 April 2018, with this stop being an intermediate stop ; the terminus of Route 20 was scheduled to set at Muk Ning Street, however it was temporarily changed to terminate at the westbound stop and begin at the eastbound stop due to road construction at the road , which was later normalised on 20 July 2020.

Cross-Harbour Bus Route 608 passes through Muk On Street eastbound and westbound on both directions; it stops at the eastbound station when travelling towards Hong Kong Island, and the westbound station when travelling towards Kowloon. Citybus Routes 22D, 22M and 22X all pass through this stop without stopping, and passengers can wait at the bus stop at "Kai Tak Station" instead.

When used as a departure/arrival point, Citybus shows the name of this stop as Kai Tak (Muk On Street) (啟德（沐安街）).
