History[]
Tsz Wan Shan (North) was originally named 'North Tsz Wan Shan Bus Terminus', located outside of Block 36 Tsz Wan Shan Estate (later renamed as Oi Wah House Tsz Oi Estate). It commenced service in 1965[1][2]and had a simple canteen.[3]。At that time, routes 3B, 3C, 3D, 15A and 116 all share this same terminus, route 15A even had to via Wan Wah Street, short but steep (1:8 gradient), to get back to North Tsz Wan Shan.
Tsz Wan Shan (Central) Bus Terminus commenced service on 9 November 1997, followed by the opening of Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre. North Tsz Wan Shan Bus Terminus was temporary closed to rebuild into a multi-storey car park for residents in the new Tsz Oi Court Stage III, which was built at the old location of Tsz Oi Estate. Tsz Oi Court Stage III was opened in September 2000, and the new terminus located at the ground floor of the car park was reopened in 31 December 2000[4]; Routes 3C and 15A were re-extended from Tsz Wan Shan (Central) right after the rebuilding work was done. Route 2F extended to here in June 2002. expanding its service areas to North Tsz Wan Shan.

On 20 September 2023 9pm, the road at the exit collapsed[5], the 5th bay near the exit were also suspended service, all routes going in and out of the terminus must use the initial entrance instead.
To leave space for maintenance works, KMB routes 3M and 15A were changed to circular route and shortened to Tsz Wan Shan (South) respectively and not stopping at this terminus.[Remark 1][6][7]. The remaining routes stopping at Tsz Wan Shan (North) would detour to the 4th lot and u-turn near the kiosk, and stopping at the 1st and 2nd lot in reverse. There is a temporary stop outside of the terminus located at eastbound of Tsz Wan Shan Road to act as the starting point of the routes. The terminus was only used as terminating and parking buses. The maintenance works were finished on 30 September and the terminus resumed normal operations.
