Siu Hang Tsuen (小坑村) Minibus Terminus is a green minibus terminus located at the end of Tong Hang Road in Tuen Mun District, New Territories, between Deborah Court and Cheung Shing Garden, and between Po Tong Ha Tsuen, Wo Tin Estate and Ching Tin Estate.
History[]
Siu Hang Tsuen is one of the aboriginal villages in Tuen Mun District. Mr Tse serves as the Aboriginal representative and resident representative.
Siu Hang Tsuen and Po Tong Ha Tsuen are connected. They have not been affected by the development of Tuen Mun New Town and still retain their rural appearance, and Tong Hang Road is the only external road for the two villages, named after Po Tong Ha Tsuen and Siu Hang Tsuen.
New Territories GMB Route 40 was launched in 1998, with the terminus located at the car park opposite Siu Hang Sitting-out Area, between Deborah Court and Cheung Shing Garden. However, the Transport Department's Schedule of Services states that the terminus is located at the parking lot opposite Pui Ning Garden.
Tong Hang Road originally connected to Hing Kwai Street, but the area in Tuen Mun Area 54 to the south of Siu Hang Tsuen is undergoing extensive construction work to build a public housing estate "Ching Tin Estate", which was expected to be completed and occupied in the fourth quarter of 2022. The road running across the south of Siu Hang Tsuen and Tsz Tin Road was named "Yan Po Road" in October 2020, and the entrance and exit location of Tong Hang Road was also changed to connect to Yan Po Road.
