Sea Dragon Maxicab Service Company Limited (海龍專線小巴有限公司 [Remark 1][Remark 2]) is a green minibus operator currently operating four minibus routes in the Kowloon City District.
History[]
In 1980, routes 13 and 15 were put into service. In 1987, Route 13A was put into service, and in 2019, the auxiliary route 13B was spun off. In 2021, the Kowloon City intra-district route 13M was launched.
Sea Dragon operated routes 15 and 15A before, all of which were already cancelled.

Minibus fleets[]
Currently Kowloon Routes 13 series under Sea Dragon have a total of 7 of 16-seater Toyota Coaster LPG minibuses.
When this route was launched, it used 16-seater Mitsubishi Rosa diesel minibuses. As these minibuses have aged, they have been retired since 2004 and replaced by Toyota Coaster LPG minibuses.
In addition, the vehicles on this route were equipped with old route signs, which were not fully updated until the operation of route 13M in 2021.
