The Transport Department's Schedule of Services states that this route terminates at Yuen Long Tung Tai Street, but in fact its Yuen Long Town terminus is located at the same location as NT GMB Route 33 at Tai Fung Street; the fares of this route are also the same as that of Route 33, and the drivers will most often adopt the same routing of that route so that the service of these two routes are identical.

Related incidents[]
- 31 January 2022: At around 12:35pm, a Isuzu FRR bus (VL8190) approached opposite Light Rail Ping Shan Station when the bus was suspected to have slowed down in response to the traffic condition in front of it, and the taxi behind also slowed down; however, the other vehicles were suspected to have failed to hold the brakes and hit the vehicle in front of them, causing the front vehicle to be pushed forward, resulting in four-vehicle collision and left five people injured.[2]
