Queens Hill Public Transport Terminus (皇后山公共交通總站 , Citybus Location Code QUH, whereas KMB and LWB Location Code 后山)^[1] is an enclosed sawtooth bus terminus located opposite to Wong Yee House (皇頤樓) of Queen's Hill Estate at Lung Ma Road, Queen's Hill, North District, New Territories, and in the middle of Wong Shun House (皇順樓) and TWGHs Tseng Hin Pei Primary School (東華三院曾憲備小學). It is a ring-shaped sawtooth terminus.

History[]

Queen's Hill is located to the south of Sha Tau Kok Road near Lung Yeuk Tau. Formerly a barracks of the British Forces, Queen's Hill is now home to Queen's Hill Estate, a public rental housing estate, and Shan Lai Court, a Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) estate, which would be ready for occupation in 2021. A public transport interchange will be provided in the area to cater for the traffic demand generated by the project.

The closed area of the terminus came into effect at 05:30 on 18 January 2022^[1] and was delayed for about a week to 26 January 2022 before public transport routes came into operation, including KMB Routes 78A, 278A and Citybus Routes 78X, 79X moving in from Shan Lai Court, and the early morning of the following day when Route N78 would make a round-trip detour; among the routes terminating at the stop, the Queen's Hill bound routes would first drop off their passengers there, and then turn around at the roundabout and return to Shan Lai Court stop then terminate the journey back at this stop, and at the same time, the relevant routes would no longer stop at the en-route stops of "Queen's Hill Bus Terminus" on both sides of Lung Ma Road. Starting from the same day, two cross-harbour routes 679 and 979 of Citybus commenced service, departing from this stop and travelling to Central (Hong Kong Station) via Eastern Harbour Crossing and Western Harbour Crossing respectively.

Route changes[]

26 January 2022: KMB Routes 78A, 278A and Citybus Routes 78X, 79X were relocated from Shan Lai Court to this stop; on the same day, Citybus commenced new Routes 679 and 979, both of which ran from this stop to Central (Hong Kong Station).
27 January 2022: KMB Route N78 changed to call at this stop and no longer stopped at the "Queen's Hill Bus Terminus" en-route stop on both sides of Lung Ma Road.
5 September 2022: KMB commenced Route 78B from this stop to Sheung Shui (Choi Yuen).
30 September 2022: Citybus commenced Route 56A between this stop and Ching Tin Estate.
19 August 2023: Citybus commenced Route 78C between this stop and Kai Tak.
21 August 2023: Citybus commenced Route 79P between this stop and HSR West Kowloon Station.
19 February 2024: Citybus commenced Route 78P between this stop and Kwun Tong (Lei Yue Mun Road).
25 August 2025: Certain services on LWB Route A43P were extended from Luen Wo Hui to this terminus. Unlike other routes, return journeys will not stop here to drop off passengers first; instead, buses will proceed to Shan Lai Court before returning to the terminus.
