The Red Minibus To Kwa Wan - Tsuen Wan Route, abbreviated as "To Tsuen Route", is operated by Hung Tsuen (Public & Maxicab) and Property Development Management Limited (Tsuen Hung Branch). It runs from Tsuen Wan (Chuen Lung Street) to To Kwa Wan (Jubilant Place) on the outward journey, and from To Kwa Wan (Tam Kung Road) to Tsuen Wan (Fuk Loi Estate) on the return journey (with Chuen Lung Street as the terminus for some of the journey time), passing through Hung Hom, West Kowloon Corridor, Kwai Fong, Kwai Hing, Kwai Chung Estate and Tai Wo Hau. It is an express minibus route between Tsuen Wan Town Centre and To Kwa Wan, and used to be the only direct public transport route between the two places before the commissioning of the MTR Tuen Ma Line.
To Tsuen Route provides a free interchange service at Fuk Loi Estate for passengers to transfer to the same minibus at Chuen Lung Street for To Kwa Wan, and at Wo Tong Tsui Street (near Mannings store) for To Kwa Wan in Kwai Chung, while Ha Heung Road also provides a free interchange service for passengers to transfer to the same minibus at To Kwa Wan for Tsuen Wan. In addition, the operator has set up a telephone hotline for passengers to reserve seats and enquire about route details.
This route has been added to the Public Transport Fare Subsidy Scheme, in which passengers who use Octopus to pay their fares will be included in the calculation of the subsidy. However, as only minibuses on the morning shift (05:40-14:30) are equipped with Octopus processors, the Scheme is therefore only applicable to trips during that period.

- 6 December 1996: To Tsuen Route entered service.
- 3 June 2013:
- No longer passed through Tsuen Wan Road and rerouted via Tak Wah Street, Kwan Mun Hau Street, Castle Peak Road (Tsuen Wan and Kwai Chung sections), Kin Chuen Street, Wo Tong Tsui Street and Wo Kwai Lane after departing from Tsuen Wan (Chuen Lung Street) terminus, before heading directly to Kowloon via Kwai Chung Road and West Kowloon Corridor.
- A new stop at Wo Tong Tsui Street (near Mannings store) was added for To Kwa Wan direction during night shift from 14:30 to 00:30. Passengers from Kwai Hing and Kwai Fong can board the minibus directly at the stop to To Kwa Wan without having to interchange to Tsuen Wan bound minibuses at Chuen Lung Street terminus for free. Passengers from Kwai Hing and Kwai Fong will still need to make a detour via Tsuen Wan to To Kwa Wan during the morning shift between 06:00 and 14:30.
- 1 January 2018: The arrangement of heading directly to To Kwa Wan after Wo Tong Tsui Street stop was changed to 14:30-19:30 on Mondays to Fridays, and interchange at Tsuen Wan was required for other time periods.

Related incidents[]
- 12 December 2011: At around 7:00 p.m., a Toyota Coaster bound for To Kwa Wan (Tam Kung Road) was travelling on Gascoigne Road Flyover near the sloping section opposite to the Girl Guides Association when the driver reported that he suddenly went into shock for a few seconds, and then lost control of the vehicle, crashed into a cone and drove into a tilting curb in the middle of the road, overturning the vehicle and skidding for 20 metres, resulting in 8 injuries in the incident.[1]
- 18 November 2013: At around 9:00 am, a To Kwa Wan (Tam Kung Road) bound Toyota Coaster (ER7282) crashed into the rear of a goods vehicle and a van-type light goods vehicle in front of it on the West Kowloon Corridor near Tong Mi Road, injuring 14 people.[2]
- 15 September 2014: At around 5:00 pm, a To Kwa Wan (Tam Kung Road) bound Toyota Coaster collided with a Volvo Super Olympian (3ASV14/JF1809) on Route 11B towards Kowloon City Ferry at the junction of Mok Cheong Street and Tam Kung Road, injuring three people.[3]
- 17 June 2015: At around 7:00 am, a Tsuen Wan (Chuen Lung Street) bound Toyota Coaster (JP8123) collided with another minibus on Kwai Foo Road and then shovelled onto the pavement and crashed into the metal gate of Kwai Chung Police Station, injuring two passengers on board.[4]
- 27 September 2022: HOY TV programme "City Focus" reported that this route was operated by a different company for the morning and night shifts, with a $2 discount for the morning shift but none for the night shift, which was criticised by the elderly as confusing.[5]
