The Public Light Bus Mong Kok to Sai Kung Route, abbreviated as "Kung Mong Route" is operated by HK Kln & NT Public & Maxicab Light Bus Merchants' United Association (Sai Kung Branch)[1]. It runs between Sai Kung (Wai Man Road) and Mong Kok  (Dundas Street), passing through Pak Sha Wan, Ho Chung, Pik Uk, Tseng Lan Shue, Choi Wan Estate and Kowloon City.

In addition, the operator of the Kung Mong Route has set up a telephone hotline to facilitate passengers to reserve seats in advance.

History[]

  • 1993: This route entered service.[2]
  • 1 July 2018: With Octopus fare processors and coin boxes installed on all minibuses on this route, cash changes from drivers were no longer provided.
