The New Territories Green Minibus Route 808P is operated by Crown Score Industries Limited (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 7745C) under Ma Ah Muk. It runs between Heng On and Prince of Wales Hospital, which is the special trip of Route 808 that serves only during morning peak hours.

This route is the only green minibus route in New Territories with varying full fares for each direction.

  • 15 April 2012: Interchange concessions with MTR were cancelled. [3]
  • 22 December 2021: Real-time Arrival Information System was introduced to this route. [4]

According to the Transport Department's "Schedule of Services", this route and Route 808require a total of 26 minibuses to provide service, 10 of the minibus are 19-seater minibuses. Two routes have a total passenger capacity in each direction during the peak hour is not less than 160.

Current this route and Routes 808 and 809K have a total of 24 Toyota Coaster minibuses, included 12 of 16-seater minibuses and 12 of 19-seater minibuses.
