The New Territories Green Minibus (GMB) Route 808P is operated by Crown Score Industries Limited (冠志實業有限公司) (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 7745C) under Ma Ah Muk. It runs between Heng On and Prince of Wales Hospital, which is the special trip of Route 808 that serves only during morning peak hours.
This route is the only green minibus route in New Territories with varying full fares for each direction.

According to the Transport Department's "Schedule of Services", this route and Route 808require a total of 26 minibuses to provide service, 10 of the minibus are 19-seater minibuses. Two routes have a total passenger capacity in each direction during the peak hour is not less than 160.
