The New Territories Green Minibus (GMB) Route 807X is operated by Fully Mint Limited (富明有限公司) (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 7868C) under Ma Ah Muk. It runs circular between University Station and Wu Kai Sha Station, which runs route between the two places via Ma On Shan Bypass. It is the sole whole-day public transport serving Lok Wo Sha.

According to the Transport Department's "Schedule of Services", this route and routes 807A, 807B, 807C, 807K and 807S are served by a total of 28 minibuses, of which 18 are 19-seater minibuses. The combined capacity of the six routes is not less than 424 passengers per direction during the busiest hour.
Currently this route and routes 807A, 807B, 807C, 807K, 807X and 501 series have a total of 37 Toyota Coaster minibuses, including 11 16-seater minibuses and 26 19-seater minibuses. Some minibuses will support New Territories Route 501S.
