The New Territories Green Minibus Route 69K is operated by Himwell (興銳) (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 5146C). It runs between Greenwood Terrace and Sha Tin Station (Pai Tau Street), passing through Shan Mei Street.

History[]

  • 9 October 1987: The Transport Department invited opened tenders for a total of 18 green minibus (GMB) routes in a set of 9, this route and Route 68K was grouped as same brand[1]
  • 27 May 1988: Route 69K came into service[2]
  • 28 June 2022: Real-time Arrival Information System was introduced to this route. [3]

  • Elderly persons aged 65 or above using Elderly Octopus or Personalised Octopus cards, Hong Kong residents aged 60 to 64 using JoyYou Card, and eligible persons with disabilities using Personalised Octopus cards with"Persons with Disabilities Status" can enjoy a flat fare of $2.0 per journey under the Concessionary Fare Scheme.
  • Passengers are required to tender exact fare in cash or by Octopus card upon boarding. No change will be given.
