The New Territories Green Minibus (GMB) Route 59A is operated by Big Union Limited (大強發展有限公司) under Ma Ah Muk (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 4761C). It runs circular between Sheung Shui Station and Sheung Shui Heung, which is an auxillary service to Route 59K.
According to the Transport Department's Schedule of Services, the route of this terminus is located at Sheung Shui Heung with circular point at Sheung Shui Station; however both are reversed in actual operations, and generally minibuses will wait for a while at Sheung Shui Wai Car Park before departing again.

According to the Transport Department's Schedule of Services, this route requires the use of four minibuses to provide service, with the capacity of the main route and Heung Yuen Wai special trips each carrying not less than 32 passengers per hour at the busiest hour.
