The New Territories Green Minibus Route 44B1 is operated by Express Top Industries Limited (運泰實業有限公司) (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 8092C) under Ma Ah Muk. It runs between Lok Ma Chau and Tuen Mun Ferry Pier, is the day-time special trip of Route 44B.

According to the Transport Department's Schedule of Services, the operator is required to deploy 12 minibuses to provide the service on Route 44B and 44B1, two routes have a total capacity of not less than 128 passengers in each direction during the busiest hour.
