The New Territories Green Minibus Route 407A, is operated by Fu Wan Public Light Minibus Company Limited (富運專線小巴有限公司) (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 8768C) under Ma Ah Muk. It runs between Kwai Fung (Metroplaza) and Princess Margaret Hospital. It is a short-working service of Route 407.

According to the Schedule of Services of the Transport Department, this route requires the deployment of 3 minibuses from Route 407B which will provide services after the service hours of the route; three 19-seater minibuses from Route 407 can be deployed as a replacement.
