Ridership[]

Although this route overlaps with KMB Route 32H, the frequency of that route is sporadic and the routing is circuitous. Moreover, the stop of this route at Princess Margaret Hospital is located outside the entrance of Block K, which is more convenient for the public to go to the clinic for follow-up consultation, and thus the seats are always full.
