The New Territories Green Minibus Route 308M is operated by Min Kee Motors Company Limited (棉記汽車有限公司) (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 9279C). It runs between Tsing Yi Station and Sham Tseng (Sea Crest Villa), via Tsing Yi West Road, Ting Kau Bridge, with some departures additionally detouring via Lantau Link Visitors Centre.

This route is officially a circular route as listed in the according to Transport Department's Schedule of Services, but under any circumstances, all passengers must alight after the vehicle has arrived at Sea Crest Villa, and there are separate departure times at the two termini, therefore it belongs to a fake circular route.

  • The MTR interchange concession only applies to paid rides. Unless otherwise specified, passengers using the Monthly Pass Enhanced or Disneyland Resort Line Monthly Pass (including those who have paid First Class Supplementary Fare) cannot enjoy this concession when taking the MTR at designated stations; however, if Enhanced Monthly Pass or Disneyland Resort Line Monthly Ticket holders take paid rides outside the designated stations, the concession still applies.
  • If passengers have just used the same Octopus Card for the Airport Express "Free MTR Connection," they cannot simultaneously enjoy the MTR interchange concession.
  • If both "MTR Fare Saver" and "MTR Interchange Concession" are applicable, passengers can only enjoy one of the higher discounts.
