The New Territories Green Minibus Route 26 is operated by Wyman Development Limited (偉文發展有限公司) (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 10828C) under Yau Man Investment. It runs between Ma On Shan (Bayshore Towers) and Tai Po (The Education University of Hong Kong), taking the Tolo Highway to and from Tai Po Market, Tai Po Centre and Tai Po Industrial Estate after Ma On West.

This route and New Territories GMB Route 806B are the two routes that serve Ma On Shan and Tai Po, the former covers Ma On Shan Town Centre and Yiu On Estate, while the latter covers Tai Shui Hang and Ma On Shan Area 77.

Though this route and Route 26A is operated by Wyman Development Limited, the minibuses are deployed jointly by Min Kee Motors and Yau Man Investment, which makes them the only two routes that have this arrangement.
