NOVO LAND (same English and Chinese names) bus stop is a pair of en-route stops located opposite to Elverum Block 1, Phase 1A of NOVO LAND, next to Ching Shun House Ching Tin Estate, east of the intersection with Tong Hang Road on eastbound and westbound Yan Po Road, Ching Tin, Tuen Mun, New Territories.
At the beginning of its operation, it was named "Tong Hang Road" (塘亨路) by the franchised bus companies and "Ching Tin Estate" (菁田邨) by MTR Bus. KMB and LWB renamed the stop to its current name in mid-June 2023, with Citybus following in mid-September of the same year.
When the Citybus Stop Announcement System announces this stop, the screen displays "NOVO LAND, Tong Hang Road" (
NOVO LAND、塘亨路).
