Mong Kok East Station Bus Terminus (旺角東站巴士總站, Citybus Location Code MKK, whereas KMB and LWB Location Code 旺東) is located next to the concourse of MTR Mong Kok East Station,Mong Kok,Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, close to MOKO and Royal Plaza Hotel, with multiple parallel platforms, parking areas and rooftops.
There is also a green minibus terminus, taxi stand and public pick-up and drop-off area south of the bus terminus near Mong Kok Government Offices and outside Exit B of Mong Kok East Station. The parallel platform section of the minibus terminus was named Mong Kok East Station PLB 'Scheduled' Service Terminus (旺角東站公共小型巴士（專綫）服務總站) by the government, with these facilities described in this article as well.
As Luen Wan Street connecting the MTR station platform is a one-way road, buses must enter Luen Wan Street from Argyle Street and then go to this station, and leave from Bute Street and Sai Yee Street when leaving the station. In addition, the pick-up and drop-off point for MTR Free Shuttle Buses were once located here when any accident occurred at the MTR Mong Kok East Station; later, this stop was removed from the the contingency plan, which means MTR Free Shuttle Bus services no longer serve this stop.
