The Kowloon Green Minibus Route 86 is operated by Multi Logistics Limited (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 14254C). It runs between Cruise Terminal and Kowloon Bay (Telford Plaza).

Since the closure of Kai Tak Airport on 6 July 1998, this route is the first new dedicated minibus route to serve the Kai Tak New Development Area after the original land began to be redeveloped. The outbound direction passes through the Cheung Yip Street Industrial Area, turns back at the MTR Kowloon Bay Station, and the return journey passes through the Kowloon Bay Commercial Area (Wang Chiu Road), facilitating passengers travelling to and from the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.

This route is officially a circular route as listed in the according to Transport Department's Schedule of Services, but under any circumstances, all passengers must alight after the vehicle has arrived at Telford Garden, therefore it belongs to a fake circular route.

  1. According to regulations, a dedicated green minibus route can only be operated by vehicles with the passenger operating license of the subsidiary. Using vehicles with different passenger operating license numbers from other subsidiaries would violate the operating terms.
