The Kowloon Green Minibus (GMB) Route 2A is operated by Kellis Limited (金匙有限公司) (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 17796C). It runs between Whampoa Garden and Festival Walk (Tat Chee Avenue), via Hung Hom Road Industrial Area, To Kwa Wan (Ma Tau Wai Road), Ma Tau Wai, Kowloon City and Yau Yat Chuen.

As an auxillary service to Route 2, the "express route" 2A runs through Laguna Verde and Hung Hom Road Industrial Area in both directions, and observing Tat Chee Avenue in Yau Yat Chuen for Whampoa Garden direction, omitting Whampoa Estate, Ka Wai Chuen, Nam Shan Estate and Tai Hang Tung Estate served by the main route. It was branded by Chit Fai Motors as an express route during its early days and thus no section fares were provided, until 10 years later which makes the arrangement same as Route 2.

The operator has set up a Facebook page for Route 2 series, in line with Route 26.
