The Kowloon Green Minibus Route 13M is operated by Sea Dragon Minibus Company Limited (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 10540C). It runs Circular between Hung Hom (Hung Luen Road) and Hung Hom Station, passing Whampoa Estate on the outbound journey and Whampoa Garden on the return journey. It is a supplementary service to Route 13.

History[]

In response to the closure of Chi Fai Motors and the suspension of its routes 6 and 6X in April 2020, the Transport Department submitted three alternative routes (special services on Route 8, new route 13C (this route) and modified route 26A) to the Kowloon City District Council in July 2020 to fill the service gap. The proposals for special services on Route 8 and diversion of Route 26A were implemented in early November of the same year. However, the remaining special route minibus route 13C running between Hung Hom (Hung Luen Road) and Hung Hom Station was reserved by the council members, but the Transport Department mentioned "preparation for the opening of the relevant routes" in the meeting document in November of the same year. Eventually the new line was implemented and put into service, but the route was slightly revised and the number was changed to 13M.

  • 9th May 2021: A Route 13M entered service [1]
  • 24th September 2021: arrival time forecast was introduced to this route.[2]
