The Hong Kong Island Green Minibus Route 25 is operated by Perfect Gold Minibus Company Limited (Passenger Service Licence (PSL) No. 7383C). It runs between Upper Braemar Hill and Causeway Bay (Paterson Street) , via Tai Hang and passing through Cloud View Road and Tai Hang Road Flyover.

This route is officially a circular route as listed in the according to Transport Department's Schedule of Services, but under any circumstances, all passengers must alight after the vehicle has arrived at Paterson Street, therefore it belongs to a fake circular route.

Minibus deployments[]

According to the Transport Department's Schedule of Services, this route requires a total of 6 19-seat minibuses, and can be replaced by 1 16-seat minibus from the 24M route. The total passenger capacity in each direction during the peak hour is not less than 152 people.

Currently, Hong Kong Island Routes 24A, 24M and 25 under Perfect Gold have a total of 12 Toyota Coaster LPG-minibuses, including 1 16-seater minibus and 11 19-seater minibuses.

All vehicles on this route do not have any commercial advertisements on the front and rear of the vehicles which have MTR logos affixed.

This route used to be operated by 11 2004 long-wheelbase Toyota Coasters. In response to the growing passenger demand, two second-hand short-wheelbase LPG standard-wheelbase minibuses (LY156 from 2005 and LD5302 from 2003) were added to the route in early 2010 and 2013, respectively. However, some passengers complained that the seat pitch was too narrow, and the latter was also criticised by passengers for being uncomfortable because the seats did not have headrests.

Since July 2018, operators have gradually replaced the old Coaster models that have been in service for more than ten years with 19-seat "seventh-generation" Coaster (BZB70) minibuses using new vehicles with old Licence plates. The first new 19-seater minibus Toyota Coaster was LP1294.
