Fu Tip Estate Public Transport Terminus (富蝶邨公共運輸總站 [Remark 1][Remark 2], Citybus Location Code FTI)[1] is located on the ground floor of Fu Tip Shopping Centre, next to Chun Tip House Fu Tip Estate and opposite to Pentecostal Holiness Church Wing Kwong Primary School on Choi Tip Street in Fu Heng, Tai Po District, New Territories.
The public transport terminus adopts an interior design and is divided into three lay-bys, consisting of a bus terminus and a green minibus terminus.
History[]
KMB Route 72K was put into service on 28 February 2024. However, the Fu Tip Estate Public Transport Terminus was not opened simultaneously during the initial phase of the second phase of Fu Yat Estate. A temporary bus terminus was set up at the roadside parking bay outside for Route 72K. In the early days of the terminus, KMB named the stop "Fu Tip Estate'" and changed it to its current name in July of the same year.
The public transport terminus was finally opened on 14 July of the same year. KMB Route 72K and New Territories GMB Route 24 were moved in simultaneously. KMB Routes 74 and 271A were also put into service the next day [2], but the latter uses the on-street stop as its terminus.
On 26 August 2024, three more routes were added to this PTI, namely special trips of Routes 272P and 307P, and the terminus of Route 907C was relocated from Tai Po Tau to this PTI; Citybus has named this stop "Fu Tip Estate (Choi Tip Street)" (富蝶邨（彩蝶街）).
On 24 November 2024, Route 72X was extended from Tai Po Central to this stop, which is the first route to connect the estate to the urban.

This station is close to Fu Tip Estate Phase II (Chun Tip House, Hei Tip House, Hin Tip House) and Pentecostal Holiness Church Wing Kwong Primary School.
