The Fortune City One (置富第一城) bus stop is located Ngan Shing Street No. 1, City One Shatin, Sha Tin District, opposite Fortune City One, which is a pair of intermediate bus stops on the east and westbound roads.
Influenced by the design of Silver City Street, KMB will include the eastbound station in the westbound direction and vice versa; the direction of the bus stop described in this article is based on the actual driving direction, which is opposite to KMB. In addition, section fares of Routes 281A and 281E in the direction of Kwong Yuen begin here. At the eastbound bus stop, Tak Lee Street separates the front and rear parts.
Citybus now calls the eastbound stop "Block 11 City One Shatin", When the its Stop Announcement System announces this stop, the screen displays "
Block 11 City One Shatin, City One Plaza" (沙田第一城第11座、第一城中心).
History[]
Citybus once called the eastbound stop on Route 62R "City One Shatin Block 10" and the stop "City One Plaza" on Route 182. The two stops were later unified. It is the current name: Citybus once called the westbound station "City One Plaza", then changed its name to "City One Plaza", and then changed it to its current name.
For KMB, the eastbound and westbound stops are named "City One Plaza"[Remark 1]. Later in October 2013, both sides and the Ngan Shing Commercial Center station changed to the current name.[1][Remark 2]。

The eastbound stop is located outside Block 11 of Shatin City One, diagonally opposite Fortune City One. Next to Fortune City One Plus (formerly known as "Ngan Shing Shopping Mall").
The westbound stop is located outside Fortune City One (formerly known as "City One"), adjacent to City One Plus, Shatin City One Blocks 24-26, City One Shatin Bus Terminus, Siu Lek Yuen Bowling Greens, Siu Lek Yuen Playground.

- ↑ City One has significantly changed the names of its shopping malls since August 2011. In addition to "City One Plaza" being renamed "Fortune City One", "Yin Shing Shopping Mall" located opposite this station has also been renamed "Fortune City One".
