Fine Luck Limited (新興運有限公司) is a green minibus (GMB) operator and currently operates five GMB routes.
At present, itss Passenger Service Licence number is 7704C, with the hotline is 2715 7850. The office is located at Laurels Industrial Centre, 32 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong.
History[]
On 29 October 1993, the Transport Department (TD) invited open tenders for the Kowloon GMB routes. Fine Luck was awarded a group of routes comprising Routes 17M and 25M, with Route 17M first coming into service in late 1993 and Route 25M in January 1995.
On 12 November 2006, the short-distance trips of Route 25M between Kowloon Tong MTR Station and the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Lee Wai Lee) were assigned as Route 25M(S).
Recorded station announcements have been tried out on some of the vehicles of Route 17M.
Another minibus operator in the area, Good Country Limited, ceased operation of its sole route 85 on 12 July 2016, and the Transport Department (TD) arranged for Fine Luck Limited to commance as the temporary operator to take over the route for one year from that date.
From January 2017, some of the vehicles of its routes were installed with free Wi-Fi Internet access service "iFREE WiFi Minibus" provided by Axiomtek Group for trial use by passengers, and the service was officially launched on 13 February of the same year, making it the first GMB operator in Hong Kong to provide free Wi-Fi Internet access service in Hong Kong.[1][2]
In April of the same year, Route 25A commenced service.
On 1 March 2018, the service of Route 85 was officially terminated, and on the same day, Fine Luck launched Route 25B, which has similar termini but a different routing.
