The East Tsim Sha Tsui Station (尖東站) bus stop is located outside the East Tsim Sha Tsui Station Public Transport Interchange, Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, between Chatham Road South and Middle Road, are a pair of intermediate stops on the east and westbound roads:

• Eastbound Stop at (Coordinates: 22.2952N, 114.1744E; location see map:  ) is the "Tsim Sha Tsui" return point of Route 14X and the "Tsim Sha Tsui East" return point of the Kowloon GMB Route 77M.
• Westbound Stop at (Coordinates: 22.2947N, 114.1742E; location see map:  ) is the "Tsim Sha Tsui" return point of Routes 213X and 219X as well as the "Tsim Sha Tsui East" return point of Route 224X.

When the KMB stop reporter announces this stop, as the space of the stop reporter lacks space for displaying the entire stop name, therefore only "E. TSIM SHA TSUI STATION" is displayed.

This station was formerly known as "New World Centre". KMB changed the bus stop's name to "East Tsim Sha Tsui Railway Station" in March 2013, and later in July 2017, the words "Railway" were removed; Citybus and New World First Bus (NWFB) also renamed the eastbound stop to "East Tsim Sha Tsui Station" in 2014 (East Tsim Sha Tsui Station), the westbound stop retained its old name until the end of July 2018, and NWFB once called the eastbound stop as "Middle Road Park" (中間道公園).
