The Cross-Harbour Recreation Bus Route H1S is the HK Art Discovery (藝遊香港) HK City Sightseeing route operated by Citybus. It runs circular between Central (Star Ferry) and West Kowloon Cultural District.
This route is operated with open-top buses together with Routes H1,H2 and H2K, among which this route runs through art and cultural hot spots including Western Market, Hollywood Road, Golden Bauhinia Square, Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon Cultural District in order.
History[]
- 17 March 2025: Route H1S entered service in connection with the "Arts in Hong Kong" (#ArtsinHK) Campaign.[1]

- Sale of Day Passes online are suspended from 17 March 2025 onwards.

- Passengers can enjoy unlimited rides on all Citybus franchised bus routes (including Citybus trips on jointly operated routes) for 24 hours a day with their tickets.

At present, Routes H1, H1S, H2 and H2K are served by a total of 11 converted Enviro500 12m (59900-59902) double-decker semi-open-top buses and Enviro500 MMC 12m (59903-59911) double-decker semi-open-top buses. When there is a high patronage that requires temporary increase in frequency or when semi-open-top buses are unavailable, Citybus will hire non-franchised Enviro500 12m (509XX) open-top buses to replace them.

Free ride[]
- 29 March 2025: To encourage the sharing of Hong Kong's artistic pulse by the public and tourists, the Hong Kong Tourism Board co-operated with Citybus and held a free ride day on the day which passengers are entitled to unlimited free rides throughout the day.[1]
