The Cross-Harbour Bus Route 952 is operated solely by Citybus. It runs between Tuen Mun (Chi Lok Fa Yuen) and Causeway Bay (Moreton Terrace) (only one-way service to Admiralty (West) is provided before 09:19 on Mondays to Saturdays), which serves Sam Shing Estate, So Kwun Wat, Siu Lam, Tai Lam, Tsing Lung Tau, Sham Tseng and takes the Tuen Mun Road, Route 3 to and from Sheung Wan, Central, Admiralty and Wan Chai.

Citybus has spun off Route 962 series in July 2022, among which this route was upgraded to an independent route and renumbered from Route 962B, with identical stopping and routing arrangements as its predecessor.

  • 25 July 2022: Route 962B was renumbered as 952 with morning peak hour service arrangements amended:[1][2][3]
    • The original services from Tuen Mun (Chi Lok Fa Yuen) to Admiralty (West) were reduced to 3 trips, departing at 06:15, 06:33 and 06:49;
    • The original special services from Hong Kong Garden were extended to depart from Ka Loon Tsuen, with the service hours enhanced to 07:26 - 09:19.
  • 31 October 2022: Services from Tuen Mun (Chi Lok Fa Yuen) to Admiralty (West) on Mondays to Saturdays were enhanced to 4 trips, departing at 06:15, 06:26, 06:38, 06:50.
  • 12 May 2025: The special trip at 07:25 from Ma Wan Pier was advanced to depart at 07:18 from Ka Loon Tsuen.

  • Half-fare for children aged below 12 and senior citizens aged 65 or above; the remainder of the fare after half-fare will be counted as 10 cents.
  • Elderly persons aged 65 or above using Senior Octopus Cards or Personalised Octopus cards, Hong Kong residents aged 60 to 64 using JoyYou Card, and eligible persons with disabilities using Personalised Octopus cards with "Persons with Disabilities Status" can enjoy a flat fare of $2.0 per journey under the $2 Concessionary Fare. If the concessionary fare for eligible persons with disabilities aged below 12 and senior citizens aged 65 or above is less than $2.0 after a 50% discount from the regular fare, the beneficiary is only required to pay the original concessionary fare; if the original full fare for Hong Kong residents aged 60 to 64 or eligible persons with disabilities is already less than $2.0, the beneficiary is also only required to pay the original full fare.
  • Passengers are required to tender exact fare by cash or by Octopus card when boarding. No exact change will be given.

  • The interchange concession of $5.0 is only applicable to the Western Harbour Tunnel BBI or before, but is not limited to KMB's designated combined interchange locations.
  • Some interchange combinations cannot be used at the same time as the two-way section fares on Route 900.
  • Interchanging from the 934 series and 935 to Route 968/968A, the 960 and 961 series, Route T270, the 968 and 978 series of routes, Routes 930, 952, 962, 967 and 969 series of routes, as well as "A" Routes and "E" Routes are only applicable to Hong Kong Island or New Territories area transfers. Free second trips are not available when transferring at the Western Harbour Crossing; some Citybus interchange concessions are exclusively operated . There are also interchange concessions on Hong Kong Island between some of these routes, and the amount may be different from the Western Harbour Crossing interchanges. Please refer to the relevant entries on each route for details.
  • Passengers on Routes 976 and 976A must interchange at the Western Harbour Crossing BBI. Passengers who interchange at Tai Lam Tunnel Bus-Bus Interchange cannot enjoy the interchange concessions.
  • These interchange concessions can be used in conjunction with the interchange concession schemes for Hong Kong Island Routes, Tuen Mun Road Routes and Tai Lam Tunnel Routes.
  • The discount for children under 12 years old is calculated at half the rate; for passengers who benefit from the Public Transport Fare Concession Scheme for the Elderly and Eligible Persons with Disabilities, if the second journey fare is the above second journey discount fare (for example, those aged 65 or above, qualified persons with disabilities, or passengers under 12 years old, the concession in halved) or $2.0, whichever is lower.
