Related Incidents[]

  • 20 July 2018: A passenger complained to the newspaper that one of the trips driven by a Senior Operations Officer did not follow the original routing to Gascoigne Road and the West Kowloon Corridor after passing through the Cross-Harbour Tunnel in Hung Hom that night, but instead took an express lane to Kowloon Tong and then turned back to the original route to Yuen Long via Cornwall Street and Lung Cheung Road. KMB replied that it was investigating the case and apologised to the affected passengers, saying that appropriate disciplinary action would be taken if the bus captain breached the working guidelines.[9]
