- 5 September 1981 to 8 November 1985: North Point terminus was temporary relocated to Marble Road, for the construction of MTR Island Line.

Bus Deployment Evolution History[]
In the early years of Route 112, KMB used Daimler E (D) and CMB used second-hand Leyland Atlantean (HA, LA[Note 2]), and when the route was extended in 1975, Daimler Fleetline (KMB: D, CMB: LF) was deployed, and in 1976, Guy Victory Js were added to the route. In the late seventies, KMB introduced the Leyland Victory II (G) and CMB added the Alisa Volvo B55 10.6m (AV). In the early 1980s, KMB added the Leyland Olympian 9.6m (BL).
In 1981, both companies deployed their 12 metre tri-axle buses on this route; KMB used Leyland Olympian (3BL), MCW Metrobus 12 metre (3M) and Denis Dragon 12 metre (3N), while CMB used Dennis Condor (DL) and MCW Metrobus (ML).
Both buses were added with air-conditioned bus fleets in 1991. KMB used Leyland Olympian 11m (AL) and Dennis Dragon 11m (AD), with Volvo Olympian 11, 12m (AV, 3AV) and Dennis Dragon 12m (3AD) added in 1994 and 1997; CMB used Leyland Olympian (LA), Dennis Condor (DA) and Volvo Olympian 11m (VA) which was licensed in 1994. When NWFB took over this route in 1998, the vehicles remained the same.
In the 21st century, both bus companies have deployed low-floor buses. KMB deployed Dennis Trident 12m (ATR) buses initially, and introduced the Enviro500 12m (ATE, ATEU) straight staircase buses in 2006 and occasionally Volvo B9TL 12m (AVBE); and since 2015, in line with the government's tightening of the Low Emission Zone standards, the Enviro500 MMC 12m (ATENU) and Volvo B9TL (AVBE, AVBWU) buses joined this route. NWFB deployed the Dennis Trident (10XX-12XX, 30XX) and Volvo Super Olympian 12m (50XX-51XX) buses, before the addition of Enviro500 (55XX) and Enviro500 MMC (55XX-57XX) buses in 2008 and 2015 respectively.
In October 2016, a KMB Scania K280UD demonstrator bus (ASUD1) joined on this route for a time, which has now been withdrawn.
In July 2022, a KMB Enviro500 MMC 12m prototype (E6T2/VG8443) joined this route for a time, which has now been withdrawn.
