They are a pair of intermediate bus stops located on the south and northbound roads:

• The southbound stop (Coordinates: 22.3887N, 114.2021E; location see map:  ) is located south of the junction with Siu Lek Yuen Road, opposite City One Shatin Blocks 6 and 13. Citybus named this bus stop "Block 13 City One Shatin" (沙田第一城第13座);
• The northbound stop (Coordinates: 22.3895N, 114.2034E; location see map:  ) is located north of the junction with Siu Lek Yuen Road, outside Club 1 at 55-57 Tai Chung Kiu Road, opposite Siu Lek Yuen Road Bowling Greens.

Routes that go westbound from Siu Lek Yuen Road and turn right from Tai Chung Kiu Road northbound to Ma On Shan do not stop at the northbound stop.

At one point, KMB and LWB named this stop "Cityone Sha Tin".
