Chan Pak Sha School (陳白沙紀念中學, Citybus Location Code WCH, NLS) bus stop is located on northbound Nam Long Shan Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Southern District, outside San Wui Commercial Society Chan Pak Sha School, opposite La Marina and the ruins of the First Generation Wong Chuk Hang Bus Terminus on the southern coast of Hong Kong Island, close to the intersection of Shum Wan Road, it is a roadside stop.

History

This stop used to be called "Wong Chuk Hang Estate Bus Terminus, Nam Long Shan Road" (黃竹坑邨巴士總站, 南朗山道), although the stop name was changed in 2008 or before, but the Stop Sign once continued to use this name until mid-2011.

In the past, KMB called this station "Wong Chuk Hang Estate". In 2011, it was named after the Citybus. However, the Chinese character "沙" was mistranslated into "Sa" and merged with the "Sha" in the school name. The discrepancy was later corrected.

After Wong Chuk Hang Temporary Bus Terminus is closed, the main boarding stations of all lines will be moved to this station, and the old stop sign numbers and names will be used, namely NWFB and Citybus's "Wong Chuk Hang" (黃竹坑), and KMB's "Wong Chuk Hang Bus Terminus" (黃竹坑巴士總站). Route 15R that was put into service later was like this. By mid-2023, the KMB and Citybus names will be unified into their current names.

Surrounding Facilities

This bus stop is near San Wui Commercial Society Chan Pak Sha School, Singapore International School, MTR Wong Chuk Hang Depot (Formerly the land of Wong Chuk Hang Estate), Nam Long Shan Road Temporary Bus Terminus, The Southside, Pao Yue Kong Swimming Pool, South Wave Court, Broadview Court, Marinella, Jumbo Court etc. There are stairs next to Jumbo Court leading to Shum Wan Ferry Pier.

Passengers can walk up Nam Long Shan Road next to the exit of Wong Chuk Hang Temporary Bus Terminus to reach facilities such as the Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society Jockey Club Cancer Rehabilitation Center and the Canadian International School of Hong Kong.
