Route introductions

• 1996: Residents' Bus Route NR808 entered service.
• 2005: Hong Kong Island GMB Route 69X entered service.
• 2017: LWB Route A33X entered service.

Route cancellations

• 2005: NWFB Route 84 ceased service.
• 2012: NLB Route 38P ceased service.

Route changes

• 2005:
  • NWFB Route 2M was converted to operate between Shau Kei Wan and Sai Wan Ho (circular, via Yiu Tung Estate).
  • Hong Kong Island GMB Route 68 was rerouted via Tai Hong Street and Tai On Street and no longer passed through Shau Kei Wan Road between Tai On Street and Aldrich Bay; Hong Kong Island GMB Route 69 was rerouted via Canal Road Flyover and Victoria Park Road for both directions, no longer serving Leighton Road and Causeway Road.
• 2006: Cross-Harbour Bus Route 914X was extended from Nam Cheong Station to Hoi Lai Estate.
• 2010: KMB Route 261B was changed to operate one-way from Sam Shing to Kowloon Station Railway Station and was rerouted via Castle Peak Road between Castle Peak Bay and Sham Tseng sections, no longer serving Siu Lun Court and Goodview Garden.
• 2017: New Territories GMB Route 77B was detoured via Tin Shui Wai Hospital between 09:30-17:30 daily for both directions.
• 2023:
  • The following amendments to New Territories GMB routes 812, 813 and 813A were made:
    • All routes were made to detour via Pok Chuen Street near TWGHs Tsoi Wing Sing Primary School during most of the daytime on Monday to Friday school days;
    • Route 813 was rerouted via Siu Lek Yuen Road and On Ming Street via southbound Siu Lek Yuen Road for Shui Chuen O direction, and would not provide service during the service period of Route 813A;
    • Route 813A was made to detour via Shek Mun Estate and Shek Mun Industrial Area for both directions, omitting Tai Chung Kiu Road between Star Floating Resturant and Ravana Garden.
