Route introductions[]

  • 1985: KMB Route 57M entered service.
  • 1997: New Territories GMB Route 49S entered service.
  • 2001: Kowloon GMB Route 71B entered service.
  • 2003: KMB Route N268 entered service.

Route cancellations[]

  • 2003: Kowloon GMB Route 40M ceased service.
  • 2005: First generation KMB Route 83P and first generation KMB Route 286P ceased service.

Route changes[]

  • 1992: Early morning services on Sundays and Public Holidays on Kowloon GMB Route 30M were cancelled, while the trips on the rest of the day observed Chak On Estate and Nam Cheong Street on a whole-day basis.
  • 1995: KMB Route N43 was converted to a one-way service from Tsuen Wan MTR Station to Mayfair Gardens.
  • 1999: Cross-Harbour Bus Route 113 was rerouted to turn onto Grampian Road and Dumbarton Road from Prince Edward Road West towards Junction Road for Kowloon direction.
  • 2003:
    • All trips from 12:00 to the last bus on First generation NWFB Route 315 detoured via Ocean Park.
    • KMB Route N270 detoured via the area around Tai Po District.
  • 2010: Citybus routes A10, A11, A12 and A22 were rerouted via Stonecutters Bridge and Nam Wan Tunnel, omitting Cheung Tsing Highway, Cheung Tsing Tunnel and Tsing Kwai Highway.
