Route introductions

• 1928: First generation KMB Route 10 entered service.
• 1986: KMB Route 5E entered service.
• 2003: New Territories GMB Route 78 entered service.
• 2015: KMB Route 272X entered service.

Route changes

• 1989: Choi Hung Bus Terminus was temporarily closed due to the Kwun Tong Bypass construction works:
  • KMB Route 3D was changed to detour via Choi Hung Temporary Bus Terminus for Tsz Wan Shan (North) direction;
  • The termini of KMB Route 5 and the first generation KMB Route 13 were relocated to Sze Mei Street;
  • KMB Route 29M was rerouted via Choi Hung Interchange towards Clear Water Bay Road after Prince Edward Road East for Shun Lee direction.
• 2004: The last bus from So Uk on Cross-Harbour Bus Route 970 was delayed with departures between 00:30 and 01:30 omitting Chi Fu Fa Yuen.
• 2015: Return service of Cross-Harbour Bus Route 101X from Kwun Tong (Yue Man Square) to Kennedy Town was introduced.
• 2019: Hung Hom Ferry Bus Terminus was closed. The termini of KMB routes 3B, 7B, 15, 85S, 85X, 268B, 269B, 297, 297P, as well as NLB Route 1R and Kowloon GMB Route 13 were relocated to the nearby Hung Hom (Hung Luen Road) Public Transport Interchange.
